I am deeply curious about people. As a coach, I have discovered my life purpose is to listen and help others understand their own personal truths and live them to the fullest.
About Me
As a holder of a Master's degree in Psychology, I am particularly interested in how people's thoughts, experiences and emotions drive their daily behavior and thereby define their personalities. Perhaps that is why I have always had such a passion for listening to others tell me about what matters to them in their lives.
My long term career in Public Relations has evolved into a more inner-directed path, studying and practicing yoga and meditation, both of which have been life changing for me. They have also led me to understand that the next step of my journey is to use my life lessons and intuitive skills to help others to become the person they want to be.
I have recently moved to Miami, Florida from New York City where I lived my entire life. I studied Life Coaching at the Coaches Training institute (CTI) during my physical and emotional transition and it has been life changing for me.
I get more fulfillment from my clients than I could ever have imagined. My approach is Co-Active, so that both myself as coach, and my clients are interconnected. I have seen incredible growth in my clients, in areas of work, self-esteem, relationships... To summarize I would like to say that my clients lives are working for them --- They are living and evolving toward their authentic selves and shedding those stale, useless layers.
What an amazing profession to be in --- to be engaged and part of other peoples journeys.
I am blessed to have found this in my life and I know my purpose is to continue working with and sharing coaching with people who are open to set the highest standards for themselves and not be satisfied with any less.
