Since we spoke, I found a solution to a couple of issues I had spoken to you about and I can't believe I resolved them in the course of just a few days, but that's the magic of talking to you, thank you, thank you, thank you, a million more times, I'm overwhelmed with information and things to do but this experience of being guided by you has been amazing, you have given me more than words of wisdom, you have given me the opportunity to find happiness when no one else could show me how to get there, how to change to get there and at the same time allow me to gain a little bit of experience along the way and I feel very grateful to you for that. When I turned forty last year, I found myself examining my life. I wasn’t “happy” and I knew deep down that I was not where I wanted to be or where I was meant to be. I wanted to make changes but had no idea how to go about it. I don’t recall how the idea entered my head but I searched online for Life Coaches in my area. Mari’s name seemed to come up no matter where I searched. After a few hours I realized that maybe this was a sign that she was my girl. Once I felt peaceful about it I called her and I remember she said something that made me know deep down that she was perfect for me. I had been interviewing her about how exactly her job worked and she said, “I am like a personal trainer, but for your life.” What she did not know is that months earlier I had hired a personal trainer and was very successful with it and that “accountability” worked very well for me. Days later we met and I felt immediately that I made the right choice. She was very in tune with me from day one and has listened very carefully to me in order to help me achieve my goals. It has been almost six months and I can say that I am heading in a direction that I am very excited about. I have learned to speak up for myself and express myself clearly. I have learned that I can fully rely on myself and to not be so hard on myself. I have found that just as I have always thought, I do have a gift for writing which is my latest and most exciting challenge. Most importantly I have found a contentment inside myself that is indescribable and incredibly priceless. I look forward to her enthusiasm, encouragement and guidance each week and I feel so grateful our paths have crossed. The best part is that Mari loves her job and she is confident in her ability to guide according to what her client desires. Julie A
