About Me

My experience with coaching has spanned over my life time as a person, friend, mother, sister, colleague, director, manager and most importantly a listener. I have spent many years coaching, mentoring and working with people on how to enrich, engage and move their lives forward in a positive manner, whether it is at home or work.
Once I realized how passionate I was about helping others help themselves I worked with a life coach myself, as well as working with agencies, coaching groups and forums that strengthened my natural ability and skill as a coach. Personally benefiting from the gift of having a coach, I knew that I was destined to get out there and share my passion and meet people who were looking for someone to support them on their journey just like me. I have worked my way up and can tell you I “get it” 
I have an extensive background in Quality Engineering as well as a very strong leadership role in Information Technology throughout many industries including, retail, transportation both in the private and public sectors. During my life I have always worked with my teams to coach them both in work and outside of work. I am currently studying NLP, (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and intend to certify my coaching practice one I finish putting my daughter through UBC. Our goal is for her is to start life with no university debt and I have one more year to deliver on that promise. 
I am very fortunate to have 2 beautiful daughters and I am very thankful in my life to have many friends and colleagues who have enriched my life. I am looking forward to meeting with you and working toward a positive solution to whatever life or work problem you have that you want to tackle and resolve.
