About Me
I have coached hundreds of leaders in more than 130 domestic and international organizations, helping to accelerate their growth and success and build the effectiveness and productivity of their teams.
My easy-to-talk to style and our focus on real-time issues helps leaders make their learning actionable.
My coaching is comprised of both internal and external journeys. The internal journey helps clients become aware of their values, strengths, pattern of behavior and their impact on interactions with others. The external journey links the coaching to their organizational context — to strategic priorities, specific situations and challenges. This approach helps clients make and manage the changes that forge individual excellence with direct benefit to the organization.
I have a Masters of Management (MBA) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with concentrations in Organization Behavior, Management Policy and Finance, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Education.
