About Me

Each of us has our own internal wisdom that is available to help guide important life decisions and provide a spark of intuition at criticial moments. Helping you to tap into your internal wisdom is my job as your coach.

I believe that the solutions to our problems reside within us, all we have to do is access them. No one is 'wrong' or 'broken', so as a coach I am not here to 'fix' you. Together we will enter into a thought-provoking and creative exploration that will help you to connect with what is truly important for you.

I have recently added energy healing as a service to my clients. I have found that the blocks to living a life of passion can sometimes be deeply rooted in our energetic bodies. The Rising Star Healing System works as a compliment to personal coaching to clear those blocks and help my clients realize their full potential.
