As a parent you want to see your child do well in life and succeed, but when your child is struggling, it takes a toll on the entire family. As a Life Coach and Mentor, I help teens navigate their way through life's challenges; working with them to improve their communication and problem solving skills, manage expectations, take ownership of their actions and behaviors, examine choices and outcomes and guide them with realistic goals for personal success.
If your teenager seems to be distracted with family challenges, peer pressures, relationship issues, low self-esteem, poor grades, distorted self perception, etc., I can help!
Life offers some of the toughest hurdles and they come in many forms. I can help you face these challenges and transitions with the tools you need to find hope and success.
