About Me

Natalie thoroughly embraces the “big idea” of executive coaching – when people live their values, and feel on purpose, they are more inspiring, and effective leaders. She has coached numerous executives and up and coming leaders since receiving coaching certification in 2003. She is also a coach for an in house College for Leaders program, a program that was a finalist for an HR Award of Excellence and which requires her to coach high potential leaders in Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

Prior to starting her own firm in 2006, Natalie worked for Caliber Leadership Systems, a leadership development firm awarded for being one of the fastest growing companies in BC three years in a row. Before this, she was the VP, Human Resources for Blast Radius, a company rated as one of the top 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada. Both companies provided her with great experience and inspiring mentors. She got her start in executive search.

Natalie is certified in two coaching methodologies (co-active and evidence-based coaching) and she has a Masters in Organizational Management and Development from the Fielding Institute; and a BA degree is in psychology from SFU. In addition, she is a certified HR professional in Canada and the United States (CHRP, SPHR). As part of her graduate degree, she completed her Masters thesis on how to coach executive women during the transition to motherhood.
