About Me
I believe great leadership begins with self-awareness.
I would like to provide you with structure, support, and opportunities for significant personal and professional development. I am trained in helping leaders strengthen their Emotional Intelligence (EI) competencies. EI competencies are known to differentiate good leaders from great ones, and I want you to be a great leader.
You can expect me to be compassionate, yet I will stretch you to experiment with new leadership behaviors to help you improve not only your self-awareness, but also your self-management, social awareness, and relationship management capabilities. Through my coaching, you will feel more in control of your leadership role, better able to handle the stress of work, and more engaged in your personal and professional relationships.
As far as my academic background, I have a M.S. in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University (consistently ranked in the top 3 OD programs worldwide) where renowned Emotional Intelligence scholar Richard Boyatzis taught my coaching course.
I was then trained at Teleos Leadership Institute by bestselling leadership author and coach Annie McKee and others. The program is one of only 40 ICF-accredited coaching programs in North America.
I also have a business background. I have 20+ years of experience in various leadership roles in business, and I was president of a company before becoming a leadership coach.
Let's discuss your leadership challenges and work together to develop a learning plan that motivates you to take action!

Paul is an incredible coach who is able to see both the entire picture and the minute details. He gave me wonderful suggestions that I was able to use to improve my leadership skills in a new environment. Additionally, I worked with Paul when he did some group coaching and he was excellent at keeping us on task while also hearing each voice in the group. In both experiences Paul was thoughtful, while at the same time honest with the feedback that he provided. He challenged me to look at myself and at the system for solutions.
Paul is one of the rare breed that integrates cognitive insightfulness with emotional and social intelligence. He not only has great ideas, but he can engage and inspire his colleagues in their ideas and how to further develop them together. He is a delight to work with on projects and has a keen perception and knack for implementation. He is also fun to have on a team!
