"I initially chose Pete as a Life Coach for his example of health and fitness, without knowing he would become an example for so many other areas of my life. For the last year, Pete has helped navigate me through the mazes of career, love and health. I've lost weight, gained love and unleashed parts of myself long forgotten. Pete's refreshing blend of insight, compassionate wisdom and accountability with his rare ability to hear through my limitations, then ask the important questions, has taken me to a new place in myself and in the path I see ahead. He has my highest recommendation as a Life Coach, and as a human being."

"Life Coaching with Pete helped me through the process of surgery and healing and later Personal Training to get my physical strength back, with out re-injuring my self. Life Coaching helped me control my obsession with working out and accept that it was something good to do but that I did not need to define my day let alone my life by it. During the Life Coaching I discovered other aspects of my life that needed attention and redirection and I am MUCH happier for those changes. I am learning to let go of control and change focus. "

"Pete started out many years ago as my personal trainer. In that capacity, with his motivation, encouragement (large doses of humor and compassion) and not to mention tough work outs, I was able to lose 60 lbs, run my first 5K and successfully complete a sprint triathlon--I've since gone on to complete 2 more and run 10+ 5Ks. Pete then became a certified life coach and began coaching me as well. I strongly believe that there is such a strong connection between the mind and the body that being able to work on both aspects can lead to even greater success and Pete's coaching played a critical role in that. Pete introduced me to a number of techniques that helped me to reach a place of understanding, and more importantly, action in areas of my life beyond fitness. Pete has been there to encourage me, challenge me, push me, engage me, motivate me, laugh with me and after all is said and done, he’s been my biggest fan and supporter. I started out looking for just a trainer and instead found someone to help enrich my life beyond just fitness. And for that I am truly grateful."

The period of time in which I have been working with Pete has been a life changing experience for me; Not only has my body changed and the results are visible, but I also shifted my perspective and way of thinking on many aspects of my life.
Pete is different than any other trainer I have worked with in the past. I find his approach to losing weight and being fit outstanding; a holistic approach to the well being of the body and mind, achieved by physical training and life coaching sessions.
Workouts, as well as life coaching sessions, are always challenging, invigorating and fun.
The initial reward has been the changes in my body. Between January and April of 2006, I gladly and finally separated from the stubborn left over baby fat that had refused to go away. I lost twenty pounds and I am on my way to losing more, and went down from size 12 to size 6. However, what I am mostly pleased with is my transformation to a more toned and defined body.
On a different level, through life coaching sessions, I have shifted my way of thinking to a focused and goal oriented one, and have become aware of the obstacles that are keeping me from living a more fulfilling life.
Finally, when attempting to describe Pete as a life coach and a trainer, I think of the words of Albert Einstein, who said, Academic chairs are many, but wise and noble teachers few. Pete is an expert in each aspect of his profession. He is passionate and knowledgeable and his enthusiasm is contagious.
