COACHING AND ADVICE
To correct deficiencies or push for growth in small business, start-up, entrepreneurship, professional life or an executive career, you'll need coaching AND pragmatic advice.

Minutecoach will give straightforward advice to improve a situation.

PROCESS
Most coaching sessions are by phone or Skype, recorded if wanted. Action planning, task management and resources through web-based accounts rather than email as some coaching needs to be discreet. You can access from your iPhone etc. or any computer, anytime.

All coaching calls are made by Minutecoach, wherever you are located.

Minutecoach has been set up to offer a true Pay As You Go coaching service:

• No coaching agreement to sign (you're already over-committed)
• No coaching programme to force to fit (you're on a bespoke plan from day 1)
• No need to pay ahead (you can sort your bill out after each session)
• No 8, 12 etc. session minimum (you book what you want, we modify as needed)

Some clients pay ahead for a number of sessions for peace of mind, but it isn't mandatory. It's fine to try a few and then pay for a block up front to lock in dates.

1) Clients book a slot online at http://minutecoach.setster.com.

2) Appointments are confirmed.

3) Minutecoach calls, session runs, actions are decided.

4) Your bill and session summary arrives, you can pay by PayPal or Transfer.

5) Agreed actions appear in your account, you choose to accept them or not.

ADVICE CALLS
Clients book coaching but often want ad-hoc advice. There's no rounding, if clients call for 7 minutes advice or confirmation, they're not billed 15. Calls are logged to the minute, you pay for what you need when you need it.

ETHIC
The Minutecoach relationship is about respect, responsibility and trust. It takes as much risk from the client as possible, making the first big step an easy one.
