About Me

I hold a doctorate degree in human sciences, I have studied comparative religions, spiritualism, martial arts and as a therapist, I am trained in Ericksonian clinical hypnosis, helping relationships based on Carl Rogers humanistic psychology, naturotherapy and nutrition. I was a body-psycho therapist, all the while hobbying in the arts: music, drawing/painting, and writing.

I have published four books and numerous articles on health related matters and I have hosted a series of television broadcasts on parapsychology and natural medecine. I was also a frequent guest on radio talk shows and have lectured in various health centers, colleges and universities.

Activities and Societies: On-going exploration & research on: metaphysics, spiritualty, spiritualism, the after-life, reincarnation, past lives therapy, zen & eastern philosophy, death & dying, grief & grieving, nutrition & well-being in general.

I believe that everyone has the power to create their own destiny and in the acceptance of personal responsibility for one's own actions. I believe that health, either spiritual, mental or physical is acquired and maintained by assiduous personal efforts and that these efforts yield their own rewards.

Thus, for me, to lead a sound, simple and disciplined life is the key to success. To establish sensible objectives and to have realistic expectations in attaining these objectives is also a key to success and happiness. I believe that physical health is not possible without a proper spiritual and mental balance.
