I like to work with young adults ages 17-21 who are struggling with the transition into adulthood and would like to run their own life. Youth aging out of the foster care system are an especially good fit.

What makes me different from other helping professionals is that I actually believe that every young adult is ambitious, highly motivated, and already knows what they want. Through my coaching practice I help them discover this leadership potential and as my coachees they learn coaching tools for “create-ive journaling” to help others REALize their potential as well.

This cycle of giving helps young adults gain trust in peers and adults, feel a greater sense of hope for the future, develop more confidence in who they are and leverages their potential to make more money than their peers who have not yet tapped into their strongest leadership qualities.
