About Me

I have been coaching individuals, teams and groups for over 10 years, and have coached over 500 executives, leaders and managers from corporations, non-profits and academic institutions. Prior to becoming a coach, I held leadership positions at several major corporations, so I understand the demands and challenges of today's competitive business environment.

My clients report that working with me as their coach has enabled them to achieve their goals more quickly and easily than they could on their own. The results they report include: accelerated career advancement and promotion, increased ability to influence others and improved relationships with bosses and colleagues. They also tell me that they are less stressed, more focused, and enjoying both work and life with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

My coaching clients have been leaders and managers from around the world, and as a result, I have developed specialized expertise in cross-cultural coaching. My clients learn how to be successful in diverse corporate and cultural environments, a critical skill in today's multicultural workplace. My cross-cultural coaching clients have included global companies and leaders from the UK, Western and Eastern Europe, South America, India, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

I have also taught graduate courses on Leadership and Teams at several colleges in New York, and have provided mentor coaching to women business owners and entrepreneurs. An active member of the professional coaching community, I am a founding member of the Westchester chapter of the International Coach Federation and a Past President of the Westchester Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.

My education includes a B.A. from SUNY Binghamton and an M.A. from Indiana University. My coach training includes completion of a two-year Corporate Coach training program as well as certification to administer 360 feedback, leadership assessments and communication style evaluations.
