About Me
Ronnie has a combination of over 20 years of experience in banking and human resources specializing in implementing best practices in performance management, recruiting, HR infrastructure and coaching. His experience includes providing strategic consulting and training for business expansion and risk minimization. Ronnie has been successful in simplifying complicated processes for end users and customer service providers. He works with his coachees to help them reach their next level of success by simplifying their vision, identifying troubled areas, developing an action plan to remove obstacles and empowering the coachee to move forward with a renewed zeal.
Upon request, Career Vision Coaching offers a Christian Faith Based Coaching perspective for Christians seeking to move forward with God's vocational and service calling for their life. Ronnie has served in various areas of ministry (youth, children's church, Sunday School, television, visitation, and men's fellowship group) since 1989. His passion is to help those willing to be helped rise to their next level.
Ronnie is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics. He received his official Coach training from the World Coach Institute and continues to train. Ronnie and his wife are active members in their church where they lead an intercessory prayer group and a Sunday Small Group class for adults. He enjoys reading, sports, cooking/grilling, exercising, action movies and traveling.

Ronnie helped me get my finances simplified with very practical techniques to separate my personal and business finances. I had everything mixed together in my brain and was not looking at what my financial needs were so it was impossible to know where to start towards budgeting for a business expansion. With Ronnie's help I learnt how to manage a simple budget and start projections based on REAL numbers. This coaching thing works! When you don't know where to start I'd recommend Ronnie to get your thoughts and actions in a logical, peaceful and systematic order!
