I went into my first session with Ruby thinking we would stay on the surface. Before I knew it, I was talking about deep seated feelings without even knowing how I got there. Ruby has a natural talent and ability to bring to awareness your deeper emotions and motivations for your actions. This, for me, was the beginning of change.

Yet, by recently finding Ruby, I have found what I’ve been searching for all along; the life tools needed to discover who I am and the incredible choices that come with this discovery. Ultimately, deciding on the right personal coach is a bit of a leap of faith, but I knew almost immediately that I’d stumbled across just the right coach for me. I was first struck by Ruby’s intelligence and warmth, her easy going nature, and her innate ability to steer a conversation in a meaningful direction. She is a flexible and intuitive thinker, capable of taking a conversation through several sharp and unexpected left turns, but ultimately able to connect it all to past conversations and conclude a session with clarity and insight. She is incredibly gifted in this regard. Ruby accepts you in whatever state you happen to be in and adjusts the conversation accordingly. I have always appreciated her understanding, non-judgemental nature, and her calm acceptance of what I bring to each session. Sometimes I begin a session unsure of what I want or need, but our conversations always take a good direction, and I finish feeling energized yet wonderfully calm. I feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen (unintentionally) a life coach that is also a talented business coach – and appreciate her willingness to use her knowledge and expertise in both areas. I think it’s rare to find someone so adept and professional in both areas of coaching. Working with a life coach is an investment in yourself. It is invaluable in helping you establish, refresh or realign your life’s goals and values, and evaluating what areas of your life are contributing toward you lead a fulfilling life, and recognizing the areas that might need to change. I am still on the journey, but I am learning to ask myself better questions, analyze my answers and, in the process, the way forward seems less confusing and stressful. I feel I am being given the tools to help me make choices that will ultimately help make my life more meaningful and live my day-to-day life more intentionally and fully.
