About Me

My name is Sara Seinberg, and that’s me over there to the right. I studied Holistic Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I like to study. I also got a degree in Creative Writing from The University of California at Santa Barbara, plus a Masters in Photography from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and Tufts University.

I’ve traveled the country several times reading my creative work with the legendary San Francisco based Sister Spit, and I love nothing more than watching the country rumble along outside a window. I have a novel in progress currently under my pillow, and two non-fiction endeavors quietly making their way as well.

My photographs have appeared internationally and for that, I’m truly grateful. I started taking photographs because I had what I thought was both writer’s block, and painter’s envy. Turns out what I really had was a path to doing something I love. I still photograph professionally although coaching is my focus.

What else?

I cook all the time, providing me with ammunition for my favorite social thing which is a small dinner party. I collect vintage ceramics for the kitchen, managed to finish a somewhat graceless marathon before I turned 40 in 2010, I adore reading, strolling, going to museums, plan to travel more, and I love to go to movies. I particularly enjoy going to a matinee by myself. Someday I’d like to live in a house with a porch swing. Maybe by a pond with an outdoor sauna or a hot tub. I like to watch steam rise off water at night.

And I have a very handsome dog called Gus. He has eyeliner. We also live with another handsome creature called Ginger, a southern butch on a vintage Honda motorcycle who happens to act as the CFO for Seinberg Holistic Health Coaching. She is also a photographer and together we make up Robinberg Photography.
