Sheri is an amazing loving coach. She genuinely cares about your success and well-being, and is able to guide you to embrace and trust your own knowing. I believe life is a journey chock full of interesting lessons and experiences - being able to trust oneself in decision making and taking action helps create an amazing journey. Sheri will assist you greatly on your journey!
I had several goals set in the beginning of our coaching relationship and all were reached (and still continue to unfold!) Some of these goals were: 1) Becoming more self-aware of my feelings, emotions, actions and how they impact me and others 2) Realizing the characteristics I need to find in my "ideal woman" and learning how a good relationship feels. 3) Overcoming blocks by realizing that meeting the Right One is a process and you can take something away from every encounter. 4) Learning to just have fun and let something happen if it happens! (I met the One within a few weeks of ACTUALLY letting this filter through the deeper parts of my mind. There's a difference between knowing something as a fact and knowing it deeply.) 5) Becoming more dedicated to the habit of exercising. 6) Becoming more adventurous, less self-conscious and fearful of the impact of diabetes on my life, relationships, etc.
Ultimately the greatest benefit from coaching with Sheri was that I was truly listened to and learned to be guided to my own empowerment. I was able to move forward in a loving relationship where I previously felt stuck. Coaching with Sheri empowered me to be able to handle all aspects this relationship as sometimes there are conflicts in life.

I am a working mother of three that has the pleasure of having Sheri as my coach. She provides a great deal of support and understanding of issues discussed. She has helped me to find answers to issues that I was dealing with just by asking the right questions. She is great with relationship coaching or coaching in any subject. I often bring corporate or executive issues to our sessions and she is able to coach through those issues, as well as she coaches through life or relationship issues. Sheri is a very energetic and positive person! She is truly genuine and very considerate! Sheri is a great coach and very motivational! I highly recommend her as a coach!

I can’t say enough about how warm and welcoming Sheri is as a coach. She is truly gifted. Sheri has keen intuition, a delightful sense of humor and a non-threatening way of holding you accountable -- the absolute right combination needed to guide me through the biggest change in my life.
I am extremely grateful to her for challenging me to go deeper and for introducing me to techniques that have enriched and enhanced my life in an amazing way.

Sheri,
I want to take a moment and share with you the gratitude I have in my heart for all of the work we have accomplished through our coaching relationship! You have provided a place of peace and comfort to open up and realize the potential within me. I look at life with a 'different set of eyes' and I am very excited for what's in store for me as the future progresses. Your work is inspirational and moving...I look forward to more and more work with you! I consider myself very, very fortunate to have you as my coach!
May joy and peace illuminate your path!!!

Sheri Maass has been a wonderful life coach these past few months. She listens to what you have to say and is very patient with people. She has a wonderful way of being professional, but making you feel at ease while doing it. She is very adept at asking all the right questions (even, when I just want her to be able to tell me the answers!) She has made me see things in a new light, that I never would have thought was there. I am very proud to know her. I am forever thankful for the help she has given me.

I wanted to say thank you for the insight in what you do. The call was full of information and ways that I'm not the only man who has seen the same issues of dating or finding the right woman. I know coaching can help me in so many ways. Again I must thank you for that help and insight on other ways for understanding of ways to make changes in my or anyone's life.
