Life Coach, Career Coach, Performance Coach
If you're life's in transition: be it career, relationships, lifestyle, etc., then we need to talk. Change is inevitable and by working together, you'll gracefully move toward your new horizons.
About Me
I am a Solution-Focused coach professionally trained in the Arts and Sciences of Coaching at Erickson College in Vancouver, BC Canada, an ICF accredited program.
I specialize in transitional coaching: working with individuals and groups seeking to move through the various ways change impacts our lives.
I have a degree in Architecture and before being called to coaching, I designed and built banking facilities around the state of Texas and Oklahoma. My clients were banking CEO's, Presidents and Vice Presidents, as well as working cooperatively with trades on a daily basis.
All of these skills have given me an advantage as a coach by affording me the ability to look at the details of a problem as well as step away from it - to look at it as a whole, from many different angles.
This unique perspective allows me to serve my clients in a very creative and advantageous way. I can listen to the challenges my clients pose, see where they are headed and focus in on the areas that can benefit them the most.
My coaching centers around four planning questions which form the foundation of all conversation. Beginning with the all important question, "What do you want?", we'll work together toward the goals you define as well as hold you accountable for attaining them.
One client of mine mentioned, "coaching was like being on a sailing ship. She was the captain and I was her navigator - holding the map, keeping her on course toward her destination."

Hi Stephen,
Thank you so much for all the support you gave me in preparation for my big speech. It was very much a success. I was actually quite calm the day of the event, and only had a shaky right leg part way through the actual speech. I received many compliments after, and am very proud of myself. Your support and guidance was a significant part of my ability to do as well as I did, and I greatly appreciate it.
Thanks again,
A.H.
