I was in the dark with relationships and was searching for a better way to communicate. The DISC assessment has opened up the lines of communication within our office as well as with our clients. Now we are able to work better with our clients and each other because we understand the differences in our personalities. We work on our strengths and understand our differences which make for a less stressful work environment.
We accountants are in the area of sales but have a hard time recognizing that fact. We have learned that by understanding our customer needs and personality, through the DISC, we can appeal to them differently. Each individual is different. Why wouldn’t you sell differently too?
