About Me

In my decade + years in the corporate environment (part of which in a Fortune 500 company), I take pride in the various start-ups I ended up getting involved in various industries. Some succeeding enviously, some failing miserably! During my corporate stint, I pioneered the concept of ‘Humanistic Organizations’, which involved unlocking the full potential of my employees by aligning their passions & talents with the objectives of the organization. I resolutely believe that personal effectiveness is enhanced and excellence is achieved when a person or a group operates from its truest being. My coaching finds its source in what I call, “Doing from a place of Being”.

Though my planned trips in life have taken me through the mainstream, I recognize that it has been my unplanned detours and deviations in life that have gifted me my greatest lessons of life. I ended up authoring some books in multiple continents in multiple languages (and am busy with more in the years to come). Whether on a soapbox in summits on personal growth or in the media, I love to say that whatever the situation, I am my choice-maker. In my lectures, I combine my scholarship in the ancient Indian spiritual sciences with my deep interest and background in Developmental Psychology.

If there is a chance to help someone genuinely in need, I believe that there are always enough reasons to drop everything else. Perhaps to compensate for my teenage delinquencies, I like to support young adults – especially socially marginalized youth – believe in themselves and live their fullest potential. My practice is to notice and acknowledge the goodness that is contained within each individual, for this has the effect of making people naturally illuminate their goodness.

My love of traveling has taken me to many corners of the world, and I remain determined to cover the remaining corners before I hang up my boots. In traveling, I see the pathway of understanding others and expanding my own self-realization.
