About Me

I'm a Life Coach, Counsellor, Writer and Founder of Practical with Heart, an integrative mind, body, soul approach to coaching and counselling that balances the logical strengths of the mind with the intuitive gifts of the heart. I consider physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life as equally important in creating happiness and fulfillment.

My approach is warm, inspirational and results-oriented. Your desired changes occur in our working together to attain shifts in perception and awareness and by implementing new patterns of communication and behavior.

I am guided by a client-centred approach incorporating life and relationship coaching principles, spiritual intuition and positive thinking. You can expect to receive effectiv tools and strategies for change that will assist you in achieving a balanced, passionate and purposeful life.

Areas of expertise include love and relationships, confidence, communication, parenting, happiness, career, finances, self-esteem, spirituality, image and health.

I hold a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from York University and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

I have made several guest interviews on the radio and television, including expert appearances on That Channel’s ‘Extraordinary Women TV’, the W Network’s ‘Style by Jury’ and Gail Vaz-Oxlade’s (of ‘Til Debt Do Us Part) show, ‘Princess’.

Much of my time is spent near my home on the lakeshore in Southern Ontario with my family, enjoying yoga, painting, music, snowboarding, surfing, golfing and exploring the countryside.
