About Me
I have been a certified personal coach since 2000 and I am a certified interfaith Spiritual Director working specifically with people who describe themselves as spiritual but not religious.
In both coaching and spiritual direction I work with people who want to look at choices they are making in their lives and how to make those choices from their core values.
I am passionate about working one-on-one with people and helping them to live lives of intention and balance. I bring a combination of humor, warmth and practicality to both my coaching and spiritual direction.

Susie was instrumental in helping me change careers. I was in a high-paying, prestigious, but unfulfilling job, and knew I should do something but was stuck. Susie is the best sounding board you could ever ask for. She asked me questions to help me uncover what I wanted to move toward (starting my own business and writing the novel I've always dreamed about) and she role-played difficult 'what-ifs" so I gained the courage to let go of something good to grab onto something better.
