About Me
I am a professional personal and executive coach and the founder of Effective Short-Term Coaching™ in Palo Alto, California.
Originally from Germany, I was educated in Europe and hold a degree in law, a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, and degrees in Mediation and Intercultural Training & Coaching from Universities in Germany.
As a lawyer and project manager at a multinational company I acquired essential skills in understanding the psychological challenges and performance-related stresses affecting business leaders, managers, and other top performers.
Having lived, studied, and worked in several different countries I am fluent in five languages. This skill-set enables me to work most effectively with top performers around the globe, assisting them in achieving peak performance in their professional and sports environment.
I got trained in a variety of very effective and well-proven coaching techniques that were developed in Europe and created a coaching technique myself. In Effective Short-Term Coaching™ I use these unique techniques to help my clients increase their stress-resilience, creativity, and overall well-being – in very few coaching sessions.
Continuing education is important to me and I work hard to keep up to date with the most current methods in the coaching field.
I have a strong interest in people, their challenges and goals, and am driven by my desire to assist my clients in attaining all kinds of goals by using their brain and mind to work for, rather than against their best interests.
