Minimum requirements for PCC credential:

- understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
- demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies

About Me
Terry Schaefer, LCSW-C, MSW, MS, PCC and Board Certified Coach is a Family - Business - Performance Coach for family business owners to work on their business in a supportive atmosphere.
Terry has been coaching his clients since 1994 to identify and articulate their aspiration, and then develop strategies to accomplish them, while exploring alternatives to address issues confronting them. He focuses high performing visionaries and family business owners on strategic / organizational alignments, succession issues, and tactical initiatives for one's future.
Terry's ideal client is a responsible, spirited, adventuresome, educated, and committed learner that takes ownership for their growth and development. He works with nice, honorable, visionary people who like working within a trusted professional relationship. Terry blends his fifteen years of line management experience in marketing, operations and strategic alignment with his eight years as a clinical family therapist in the medical and mental health profession so you can formulate a future that is based on your own personal desires.
Terry holds a BS Business Administration and three advanced degrees in the behavioral sciences. He obtained his coach training at CoachU and Corporate CoachU where he is a faculty member.
