About Me

I am CEO/Founder of The Life Enrichment Adaptation & Development Center (L.E.A.D Center), a non profit located in Spartanburg, SC. This agency grew from a program that I developed called Comprehensive Enrichment Counseling & Services(CECS). CECS is a client centered personal enrichment intervention with the fundamental goal of promoting the adoption & maintenance of positive behaviors by clients with multiple problems and life enrichment needs. Due to the unique, effective and highly measurable qualities of CECS my agency has secured several state, federal and corporate contracts that allowed us to reach over 5000 people in the last 3 years. The goal of CECS in personal development is to provide clients with one on one laser focused guidance that will assist them in changing behaviors that may produce results that are unsatisfactory to our client. Developing this program has afforded me the ability to meet people where they are now, and then nudge them into the state they want to be in the future.
