About Me

My job as a coach is to understand who and what you envision and know yourself to be, regardless of the opinions and expectations around you, and to help you claim and live that vision.

Each of us is perfect just as we are. There are many labels, judgements, and limitations that we put on ourselves and each other. Underneath all of these remains the pure, beautiful beings that we are. I will give all of my attention to who you have asked to be through all of your life-affirming moments. I will help you remove any labels, limits and judgements that you may have, allowing you and everyone else to see the brilliance of who you really are.

I work with clients to first master their psychology and achieve a mindset of excellence. I use dozens of personal development techniques that I have learned over decades of self exploration and studies, as well as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). NLP teaches us how to model the best in any field so that we can duplicate their behavior and success. It also allows us to understand how we use language and store memories or imagine future experiences. Once we know how we store both negative and positive experiences, we can change the qualities of those memories or imaginings to make them more resourceful and positive. I teach clients the fundamentals of NLP as well as specific techniques that will increase your confidence and abilities in many situations.
