About Me
After 20 years working in leadership and team development roles, I decided to take my skills and gifts and put them to work on a more purposeful path to support individuals in living their best life with hope and joy, purpose and fulfillment.
With more than 125 coach training hours, certified through the International Coach Academy accredited by the International Coach Federation, I feel honored to choose Professional Life Coaching as my career.
I act as a human mirror for individuals.

Working as a Motivational Speaker, I create Women's Motivational Workshops in order to give back & build into one another through connection, teaching, pampering & growth. Specializing in the topics of FEAR, GUILT, and HAPPINESS, you'll come away feeling empowered & rejeuvenated, ready to make change & growth happen in your life.
