Aspires and Inspires
Looking back at your life, what inspired you? And what did you aspire to be? Looking at your life now, are you still inspired? Read on...
Our innate growth ability and nature, causes us to look for ‘increasing’ in many ways, in our lives.
It is not a wonder then that both of the words: aspires and inspires are connected to breathing and spirit.
Looking back at your life, as a child, what inspired you? And what did you aspire to be?
Looking at your life now, as an adult, are you still inspired? Have you done anything regarding your childhood aspiration?
I know that the saying: ‘it is never too late’ might sound as a cliché, but if we’ve naturally aspired to be authentically aligned, as well as been inspired by what we inwardly known to be aligned with us, is it then ever too late to become better aligned?
There are many reasons why people could not, and are not adhering to their inner ‘call’. May it be justified, or not, at least let us not ignore it.
Maybe, just maybe, if we still feed this ‘glowing inner coal’s’ fire by giving it attention, we might find a way, sometime in out days to come, to bring it to light, to express ourselves, as we were meant to, to ‘shine’ in the truly unique way that is us.
This attention giving could be just an inwardly directed smile at a secret that you only know. You could muse about it, imagine it, write about it, disclose it to a dear friend, and even write a letter to it – as a representative of another magical part of you.
Life’s boredom, monotony, and routine, could all be elevated, if we also have a daily acknowledgement of our ‘inner call’. I am not talking here about a dream, a dream is something else. Your ‘inner call’ is real, as much as you are real.
I love talking to people about it, because I always see their eyes starting to shine, their voice quiver a bit, the excitement bubbling under their skin. They become ‘alive’ and engaging – and I, I wonder how beautifully we were all created, and how much more beauty this world of ours can contain.
Would you dare to lend an ear to yourself and your heart to hear this ‘inner call’, would you dare to be inspired and to aspire to greatness?
