{"id":1414,"date":"2011-02-17T13:11:41","date_gmt":"2011-02-17T21:11:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.noomii.com\/?p=1414"},"modified":"2013-06-05T16:49:15","modified_gmt":"2013-06-05T23:49:15","slug":"the-power-of-our-unconscious-minds-part-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noomii.com\/blog\/?p=1414","title":{"rendered":"THE POWER OF OUR UNCONSCIOUS MINDS Part 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TAMING THE NEGATIVE VOICE WITHIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(<strong>Note<\/strong>:\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 For the purpose of this article, the terms \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00cb\u0153unconscious\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 and \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00cb\u0153subconscious\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 mind are interchangeable and refer to the parts of the mind that are not conscious.)<\/p>\n<p><em>This is the second in a series of articles on the subconscious mind, the power it has and how we can access it to utilize its power.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 Whether you are a coach, a client, or somebody interested in improving your life, this article will be of interest to you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Now that we know how powerful the subconscious brain is, wouldn\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t it be amazing if we could tap into it?\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 This IS possible!<\/p>\n<p>I\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2m sure that you\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2re aware of the little voice in your mind.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 This is the non-stop voice that chats to you all day long, often saying the same things over and over.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 Unfortunately for most of us, the majority of what this voice says is negative and fear-based.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 This little voice is connected to the ego.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 It tells us things like, \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00cb\u0153what do you think you\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2re doing?\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2,\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00cb\u0153What makes you think that you\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2re so great?\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 , or \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00cb\u0153You know that you can\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t do that!\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meditation<\/strong> &#8211;
