The cheesy joke around the Noomii offices is rooted deeply in its history: We is the New Me (Noomii). Not above making fun of ourselves, we break out this coaching platitude when things get too coachy-fuzzy as a reminder to stay rooted in the reality of why<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You may not know that Noomii began with the simple idea of pairing up people who wanted to work together on their personal development, push themselves forward, and have accountability partners. I am reviving this \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c5\u201cWe is the New Me\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c2\u009d for a brief time (to the chagrin of Noomii\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s fabulous founders) to introduce myself.<\/p>\n

As the exuberantly excited new Director of Communications at Noomii, my mandate is to help cultivate this community of awesome coaches and work to develop great content that will benefit all of our clients: and potential clients who have not yet experienced the magic of coaching!<\/p>\n

Which is just delightful. I am a passionate about coaching (it\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s magic), community building and innovation.<\/p>\n
