What is the problem you were trying to solve when you first started to look for a coach?<\/h2>\n

I was in a DV relationship (domestic violence relationship). I had a lot of problems. Low self esteem and depression were the biggest.<\/p>\n

What did your coach do to help you?<\/h2>\n

Pauline is wonderful, I have to say it, I don\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00b4t trust people easily. It was hard for me to share what happened [in the DV relationship], and that was the first thing she did [she made it easy for me to talk about what happened]. I was talking with someone I never knew, like I knew her for years. <\/p>\n

We also worked on my goals, she helped me visualize my dreams, and she taught me how to work for it.<\/p>\n

What results did you experience working with your coach?<\/h2>\n

Through the time and with her help, I am confident again. I can be around men and not be afraid. I project myself as a happy woman. <\/p>\n

I met my small dreams and am working on the big one. I have someone who discovered the diamond I have inside and makes me feel secure and safe.<\/p>\n
