Now I think it\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s pretty hot.<\/p>\n<p>I was going to write a blog post with the core principles that I applied when crafting my profile but I\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2d like to take a coach approach instead.<\/p>\n<p><em>I don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t have all the answers. You do.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>So here\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s the deal. I have screenshots of my profile before and after the re-write.
