Has the universe ever provided you with just what you needed at just the right time? Maybe even a little too fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to my life in what has proven to be one of the busiest, most exhilarating months of my career, thanks to two very powerful intentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I reflect on the events of the last few weeks, I have a little story to share that is full of exciting take-aways for you, both big and small.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last 7 or 8 months, I have been dedicating my time and effort to helping coaches improve their personal brand and communicate their awesomeness. As a result, I have coached over 200 coaches in webinars or one-on-one on the phone. It\u2019s been an exhausting labor of love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, in an effort to walk my talk, I started to work on my own brand which resulted in the birth of CrazyAccountability.com<\/a>, a much improved Noomii profile<\/a>, and a high-touch service for my one-on-one accountability coaching clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have experienced huge personal and professional growth, but it\u2019s been a lot of work. So, I created a powerful intention to deliver a scalable program that would deliver amazing results but also free up more of my time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Powerful Intention #1: Create a Scalable Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning of September, I signed up for a program to create a program. I knew I wanted the support and accountability of weekly calls to keep me moving forward in the face of all of my responsibilities as a Noomii co-founder, kick-ass accountability coach, and husband\/father\/son\/friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the outset of the program, I was convinced that I would be creating a program to help coaches identify their personal brands. That turned out to be wrong. I just needed to follow the universe\u2019s signals. Here\u2019s where the pace of the story picks up. Big time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 13th, less than one month ago, I had a regularly scheduled one-on-one profile review with Hunter Phoenix, a Master Certified Coach and one of the first Noomii customers ever. Thanks, Hunter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conversation went like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 20th, I went on the boys’ annual weekend surfing trip called September Sessions. Between pounding waves, bobbing beyond the break, enjoying the sunset, drinking beer, sitting in the hot tub, singing around the campfire, eating Tacofino, and savoring the great outdoors, a lively debate arose about strategy and risk-taking\u2014sparking a conversation about the gambling sites on this page<\/a>, which some had explored as part of their own adventures in calculated risk. Inspired by the mix of camaraderie and challenges, I conceived of the personal challenge to hold 100 people accountable at one time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
