In my practice as an emotional intelligence (EI) and executive coach,I use a combination of EI modeling, non-violent communication strategies, cultural competence, conflict resolution, and mindfulness to assist clients. My background in Organizational Dynamics, a psychology based program affords me the opportunity to work with clients to develop better self-awareness, see themselves and others more clearly while leveraging existing strengths. I help enrich interpersonal communication skills, reduce conflict, improve cultural dexterity, learn new ways to respond and build more productive relationships and help you achieve what you want. I help you grow you!
I've been coaching professionally for 7 years with a passion for helping people see hope in the most hopeless situations and using real experiences as foundations for success instead of reminders of things that may hinder them from growing. I help people understand why the dangers of limiting beliefs and limited vocabulary usage stops them from reaching goals and creating deeper connections for success.

Had an awesome coaching experience. My health has always been my Achilles heel. Working with Aleasa gave me the skills to examine things I perceived to be roadblocks towards making improvements and helped me develop strategies that I could employ to start working on improving it. Proud to say that Ive been making great strides towards that and have an accountability partner to help support me. Ive lost weight and my doctors are very pleased with the progress Im making. Overall, I feel better about myself and am beyond grateful that I worked with Aleasa to help me get started on this path. Recalling our sessions helps me stay motivated to keep doing what Im doing!Tay Wills
When I started working with Ms.Word I was spiritual, financially and emotionally broken. Failed relationships, devastated professionally/personally and completely whipped out. Or so I thought. She literally help me dig myself out of hole. She help me find me. She encouraged me to do charity. She knew that me giving to others would show me how to love myself. Countless coaching sessions to find the deep rooted issues that lead to the dark hole. In doing charity I learned to rebuild the relationship with myself. It help so many of my personal and professional relationships improved as well. I am certain I refer Ms. Words coaching sessions several times a week. Im most grateful for her helping me find my power.Rebecca
