I'm Andrew

Andrew was a great mentor to me in DiDi. He guided me through my promotion process, with key inputs understanding marketing and business balance. He is a close leader, his seniority, his human quality and knowledge makes him a person you are lucky to find in your career and that can surely help you take it to another level.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked under Andrew’s CMO leadership for more than 2 years now, so I speak from personal experience when I say that he is one of the best leaders I have come across in my 20-year career. He has mastered the balancing act of being a people leader (with an emphasis on the ‘people’) and managing C-suite execs who care only about performance. Andrew has been my mentor and supervisor during my tenant at Huawei: he is one of the most inspiring leaders I’ve met during my 10+ years of marketing career, for being not only supportive and insightful in my personal career development but also in the challenges I’ve encountered in the daily business scenarios.
