About Me:
I understand the technology ecosystem and its highs and lows intimately. Over the past 15 years I founded a start-up, worked at American Express, Etsy, Splice and consulted with many early stage businesses. While I’ve optimized conversion rates and forecasted revenue growth, what has always driven me is building relationships with smart people. Advising and coaching leaders is my way of making those relationships my full-time job.
I trained to become a coach with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and am certified with the ICF (International Coaching Federation). In addition to my coach training, I have an MBA from Yale and an undergrad business degree from Villanova. I am originally from San Diego, CA, and I am currently based in Los Angeles, CA. I am a father of two and I love to surf, cook and garden.
