ABOUT ME

IMG_0361 (2).jpg

I am someone who prefers to have deep conversations versus small talk. My intuition is usually on point.
I value kindness, and empathy, and believe in authenticity. I am passionate about the growth of others. It is my purpose to guide people to whom they are supposed to be and I have a gift for it. I am a mother of 3 in a blended family with a cat, and 2 French Bulldogs. I am a doting aunt who believes her nephew can do no wrong.

I work full-time in Human Resources and have done so for 10+ years and I am a personal coach part-time.  I have my Professional Human Resources Certification and Life Coach Certification from the Health Coach Institute.

I believe that self-care isn't earned, it is a necessity.

I love coaching and want to coach as many people into the version of themselves they long to be.

It breaks my heart to see people overwhelmed, stressed, and burned out, and how that can break a person mentally down. They feel helpless and they don't have to be. I know.
I can relate.

I didn't know how to say "no" so I did things out of obligation, guilt, fear of what people thought of me, and all that did was put me into a constant state of anxiety.

Instead of saying "yes" to things that would make me happy and activities to grow me.

I'd lose weight and then gain it back because I'd reward myself for doing well and then punish myself for bingeing.

Alcohol and food were my pain soothers.

I had a skewed view of myself and my body.

I had fears I didn't even realize…

I had less than ideal habits…

I was in a cycle of self-sabotaging…

Now you are probably thinking you have to give up alcohol and never eat a dessert again.

See that conditioning in your head? We need to break that.

Let's get curious about why you think that way, without judgment because that is the way to heal and grow. Learn to address yourself with curiosity, not judgment.

See I'm already coaching. I just can't help myself. {Seriously}

But back to this about me, where did leave off..? YES, the cycle of self-sabotage!

I ended up hitting a wall, I got a new position at work and it was not going well.

See I've always done well in my career, so that balanced all the other factors in my life that didn't.

It broke me.

I grasped at anything to try and regain my footing.

I happened to grasp the right thing at the right time.

Self Development.

I'm sure you're thinking, "you mean self-help". Nah, I'm good, I'm not into affirmations and journaling.

All I can say is... Maybe… let go of what people think and give it a shot anyway. The great thing about coaching, it’s about what resonates with you. So if you don't want to journal or affirmations aren't the thing for you that's okay.

I have tools to provide you with the right support, system, and accountability for you to get what you want out of life.

Let's do this already!
