Hi, I’m Debbie.

And I can help you feel better in your body, your mind, and in your life as you navigate midlife, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Specifically I’m a life coach for women over 40 who want to live healthier, and manage the changes, physical and life-related, that can show up as you navigate midlife.

And I want to help you put yourself first, for a change.

As a life coach, I also use the tools I’ve gathered through being a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and nutrition coach, as well as my experience as a business owner, a career-changer, a divorcee, a mom, and a partner, to help you get real, sustainable results.

For me, this midlife journey really began when I noticed my body begin to change in my mid-40s.

It really hit me hard.

I was gaining weight around the middle.

I had a belly.

All my life I’ve been pretty fit, slim, and I’ve been able to stay that way.

Now although I had a pretty hectic life with a full-time job and two young-adult daughters, I still managed to fit in regular exercise, and eat pretty healthy.

But now I was questioning it all.

I started doing a lot of research into hormones, menopause, and most importantly… the mind.

My mind in particular.

And what I discovered changed everything for me.

I applied what I learned changed the shape of my belly, but also the shape of my life.

I’ve been able to let go of a lot of stress, build a thriving mobile business, change my eating habits, create stronger relationships, and stop worrying about the things that I used to obsess over.

It’s been amazing.

And as a result, I’ve revamped my entire coaching practice to bring my system to you.

Because I’m sure that you may have tried a lot of different things to get in better shape, stress less, and just feel more balanced and fulfilled… and they fell flat.

My guess is that they probably didn’t involve getting curious about who you are, what motivates you, and how you relate to stress, food, relationships, work, and the world arund you.

Well, I’m here help you move forward and finally overcome what’s keeping you stuck.

Together, we’ll build better eating habits, better sleep, get you movign more and releasing what’s stressing you out, and even loving yourself like you may never have before.

It’s called coaching and it’ll be what makes the difference in getting the results you want.
