Hello! I'm Dianne
​I have over 20 years of experience in coaching and consulting with all levels of management. I work with my clients to help them transform their performance and presence, interpersonal relationships and organizational results by helping them to recognize and utilize their natural and unique talents and qualities with confidence. I have worked with hundreds of small business owners as well as teams in healthcare, technology, banking, advertising, higher education, manufacturing and non-profits. My experience, enthusiasm and commitment create a positive, productive environment for learning and change.

This complimentary business coaching session begins where we ask lots of questions to determine where and how we can help you grow and improve your business. You have different challenges, budgets, resources, visions, goals, skills, and motivation levels than others. This free coaching session can run from 30-60 minutes and includes an evaluation of the following:
