I have been an entrepreneur and founder for the last 15 years. I have built, grown, and sold multiple companies - as well as washed dishes and swept floors. I’m here because I believe everyone - at any stage of their personal or professional journey - deserves support. And it’s also a lot more fun to have some company along the way.
My professional experience includes many years working in tech, as well as highly-regulated and fast-paced sectors such as in legal Cannabis. My previous companies have included retail, logistics, e-commerce and CPG - ranging from small scrappy start-ups to national companies with hundreds of employees.
In my work as an advisor and coach, I love supporting leaders and founders, as well as new and aspiring managers. I am also deeply passionate about supporting impact-driven organizations, as well as groups of friends and families working together.
I also enjoy wearing my ‘consultant’ hat, supporting early stage projects in building a solid foundation and mid-sized organizations in pivotal moments of growth or challenge.
I live in Sonoma County in a multi-generational home, and enjoying playing music, dancing, cooking, and learning how to be a parent to a toddler (and 4 dogs, 2 cats, and 9 chickens).
