I coach both women and men who want to fully realize their potential to be healthy, balanced, and successful in both their careers and interpersonal lives. I earned an MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work in 2010, and has since been treating adolescents, adults and families in Los Angeles. I specialize in evidenced based Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but believes that there is no one methodology that works for all. I use a combination of psychodynamic, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to treat the whole person. My approach to coaching focuses on recognizing and affirming an individual’s strengths, rather than accentuating one’s weaknesses or deficits. I find that when people realize their own potential, it empowers, encourages and inspires them to push past challenges and road blocks in their lives — anxiety, adult ADHD, relationship and financial struggles, etc. — to see what they’re capable of and thrive. I take great pride in helping my clients make even the smallest strides and finds fulfillment in their day-to-day victories.

I have had sleep problem and back pains for several years. Last year, the back pain became severe. I have tried several pain management doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors. None of them helped. After reading Dr. Sarno’s book, I got in touch with Mrs. Abrams. She provided me a different perspective of the true causes of my physical pains. She gave me insides to change the way I think about illness and stresses of life. After working with her for several months, my pains reduced by more than 50%. I continue applying the things and techniques she taught me. For last six months, I have been playing golf almost every week. Every now and then, I have some pains, but they go away quickly. Even my sleep has been greatly improved. I highly recommend her.
