I’m Grace.

I’m a practicing attorney with 14 years’ experience litigating cases. 

I understand what it’s like to be a type-A female attorney, and to struggle with perfectionism.

  • Confidence

    I’ll help you develop self-confidence by understanding and mastering its foundations. I’ll help you build it for yourself in a way that’s genuine and sustainable.

  • Anxiety

    Whether it’s work-related or life-related, I’ll work with you to get to the root cause of your anxiety and help you develop ways of coping with it, such as micro-meditations throughout the day, transforming your thoughts, and accessing your wisdom. Anxiety doesn’t always go away fully (we’re humans after all) but it is possible to drastically reduce it through coaching.

  • Burnout

    Burnout can seem impossible to overcome, but I promise you it can be done, and the solution doesn’t involve quitting your job or taking a vacation (although you could do either if you want to). Burnout is caused by your thoughts and the actions you take as a result. I’ll help you access the thoughts and beliefs surrounding your work that are causing you to feel burnt out. Then we’ll create a tailored solution for recovery and to avoid future burnout.

  • Time-Management

    I’ll teach you a time-management system that will help you procrastinate less, feel less overwhelmed, work way more efficiently, and allow you to actually enjoy your free time guilt-free.

  • Goal Cultivation

    I’ll work with you to determine and achieve your goals. We’ll start with figuring out what you want to achieve (if you aren’t already clear about that) and why. We’ll then look at any obstacles in your way - including your beliefs about your own potential - and make a plan that aims at overcoming those obstacles and achieving your dreams.

  • Dating and Relationships

    I’ll work with you on how to achieve your dating and relationship goals - whether that’s finding a partner, improving your current relationship with your partner, or building stronger relationships with friends and family.

  • Imposter Thoughts

    I’ll help you understand what’s been labelled “imposter syndrome” for what it is - a collection of thoughts about ourselves perpetuated by societal conditioning. I’ll work with you to overcome limiting beliefs you hold so that you can feel more confident and in control.

  • Overwhelm

    As an attorney, it’s easy to let overwhelm control and even paralyze you. We’ll get to the bottom of your overwhelm, I’ll teach you strategies to get out of it when it occurs, and ways to avoid it happening in the first place.

  • Procrastination

    Procrastination can feel impossible to surmount. But contrary to popular belief, it’s not caused by a lack of will power or laziness. It’s root cause it usually perfectionism ana the fear oi failure. Together we’ll unpack the causes of your procrastination, then we’ll develop new thoughts and habits to move you forward.
