Jeff Maimon is a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Lifestyle Enhancement Specialist who inspires and motivates his clients to live their lives with purpose and determination. He has a compassionate approach to coaching that stems from his own childhood experiences of being picked last or rarely picked at all. Jeff's confidence and self-esteem were built through exercise, proper nutrition, and self-love, which transformed his life beyond his younger self's wildest dreams.

There is no “one size fits all” diet. Together, with gradual and thoughtful adjustments, we will gradually make thoughtful adjustments to your eating habits, keeping your goals in mind. Our focus is on nutrient-rich, reasonably priced, filling foods. You will learn easy food hacks and recipes that include your favorite foods.

1-on-1 in-personal training

The SuperSlow training protocol is a method of exercise that focuses on building muscle and strength by performing slow, controlled movements during resistance training. This technique helps to minimize the risk of injury and enhances the outcome of the workout. Modern Man Coaching advocates this approach to exercise and provides training services to clients at a facility located in the Lincoln Park Neighborhood of Chicago.
