What Kayser Coaching Will Do For Me

 

Professionals from all walks of life have personal coaches. They know that coaching is an extremely effective tool to accelerate one’s growth and gives them the competitive edge. They also know that it tends to get lonelier the higher they rise, because those around them don’t often speak the truth. At Kayser Coaching I do speak the truth, as that is indispensable to demolish unproductive patterns of thought and action so you can make the best choices moving forward. I will help you shine a light on what is undermining your attaining professional success and personal happiness. You will create permanent habits that keep you physically and mentally at the top of your game. I will be with you all the way as you will increasingly bring into manifestation your new, ideal reality.

I bring to coaching nearly three decades in education and three years in private coaching, helping many individuals realize greater professional achievement and personal growth. I work with clients determined to create a fulfilling career, excellent professional and personal relationships, and a balanced lifestyle that keeps them perpetually energized. I especially love the challenge to work with those looking to fully reinvent themselves and let go of all that has not produced desirable outcomes. I’ve been there and continue on that path myself. I also coach high-achieving teens who want an optimal college experience and subsequent transition into the workforce.

    After a few months of working with Steve, I have gained a new sense of self-confidence and understanding as well as new ways of accessing the stressors in my life.     I know from personal experience that Steve’s exhortations in middle school and high school to take advanced placement classes led to a very real payoff in college when I was able to graduate a full semester early. And his lessons in effective writing were really the only building blocks I had in improving my woefully unprepared writing skills when I left high school. Taking his AP European History class was a big turning point in my education. Without it I wouldn't have become a history major, which I enjoyed so greatly that during the final year of law school I managed to twist my capstone research paper into essentially a history project on the Byzantines! I think there is a huge need for unbiased mentoring at that transitory age, or even between college and employment or graduate school, to help young people really try to think about what their goals are and how those can be best achieved.

I never thought to attend, never mind apply to Rochester Institute of Technology, but due to Mr. Kayser’s conversations with me I did and received a significantly better scholarship. I got an equally if not better education and saved more than $50,000 in overall expenses.
