Althea Francis is The BOSS of Stress® and master visionary of the Vision Needs Visibility® 365 programs to Hire SUCCESS to Fire Stress. Althea is also a Certified Coach who believes in life-long learning and also has an online business background since 2001.
The BOSS of Stress understands the day-to-day struggle of getting things done, multi-tasking, feeling overwhelmed, and putting others first. Well into a steady business since starting in 2001, Althea worked on herself to be attractive to clients and most of those around her to gain a good degree of credibility. In 2007, a right-hand repetitive strain disorder threatened her livelihood. Still firing on all pistons solo, but grew the business and ultimately got stuck trying to exchange time for money. She evidently had no time to take care of her overall well-being (mind-body-soul). She thought she had worked on her emotional baggage and found there was always another obstacle. After all, she has successfully embraced being a woman of colour with the ability to unleash her unique brilliance to shine brighter and a single mother (of one) facing the empty-nest syndrome, etc. Just when she thought she was home free, another challenge in her blind spot AGAIN…Recession…Depression! The physical limitation was also paralyzing her productivity/profitability…OUCH! She took a big leap of faith to align her mind and business purposefully and has raised her vibration even higher. Since business health is vital for wealth, Althea knows the real cost of inaction since stress is not f’ree.
