Minimum requirements for ACC credential:
- 60 hours of coach specific training
- 10 hours of working with a mentor coach
- 100 hours of client coaching
- 8 clients
- understands and abides by the ICF code of ethics
- demonstrates advanced skills requirements based on the ICF coaching core competencies

About Me
I help women invite who they are to guide what they do in their lives.
My own journey has taken me from a career that didn't quite fit, through motherhood, to a more integrated life where what I do isn't separate from who I am.
I use my greatest strengths in my role as life coach: the ability to listen without judgment, to hold space for profound inner reflection, and to invite innate wisdom to lead. I am honored to witness the power that is unleashed in my clients due to our work together.
As your coach, I co-create with you a safe environment where you discard limiting beliefs, explore new possibilities and generate lasting change. I also facilitate the uncovering of untruths you have told yourself as a woman, and help you see where you have held yourself back. I invite you to learn from your challenges, and cheer you on as you step more fully into your power.
My clients come to me when they are ready to make changes in their careers, in their relationships and in the structure of their lives.
Before I fell in love with coaching, I spent more than a decade working on social change and social justice issues both in the US and abroad. I remain committed to the notion that change happens from the inside out, whether individually or from within a community.
