About Me
My journey to coaching and healing facilitation has begun as a Traditional Health Care Professional in the early 90's.
After graduating from Loyola University in Illinois, first I focused my skills on care and treatment of chronic and acute illness through practice at Emergency Care and Inpatient Treatment. I spent 5 years as a Allopathic Healthcare Practitioner and decided to move closer to where people spend most of their time: their workplace. This is where I believe practitioners have a chance to make a real impact on the quality of human life.
In Human Resources (HR) I have spent my time focusing on Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Employment Training & Empowerment.
I specialized in training and employee relations, benefits management and carrier advancement while supporting managers and workers through challenging times which included: major growth cycles, layoffs, reorganizations, mergers, and the usual day-to-day changes and conflict.
While continuing my corporate career, I studied Traditional Naturopathy, Reiki, Coaching and other philosophies that focus on giving the body what it truly needs- BALANCE and HARMONY.
Through the years I have known that good health occurs naturally and during this process we perform our personal best... and that sounded great, however based on my own personal experience of working in high-stress, demanding corporate environments, I understood the challenge of trying to integrate healthy lifestyle practices while meeting the requirements of our day to day tasks. It was not until I got introduced to coaching, and found the experience as a coachee very beneficial and effective. This is when I felt, that I had the proper tools with me- to share my experience with others- who are going through the same day to day struggles.
The discovery of the difference between wellness guidance and the power of wellness coaching and gave me an edge over being just another "new age" healer. Quite frankly, I don't even like the term, since this form of "doctoring" has been around since humans existed on Earth. Unfortunately, most people- have forgotten about it.
I have combined various forms of healing arts to create powerful tools for my clients to benefit from.
Whether working one-on-one or with groups, I combine my expertise to help professionals identify and resolve underlying causes and strengthen good habits. I also work directly with operations and HR managers to identify and implement simple, practical, cost-effective ways to create an environment where employees thrive and look forward to coming to work.

I hold multiple certifications in main occupational health and EHS along with credentials that allow me to practice what I love the most: Health and Healing.
I am a Certified Life Coach, Member of the ICF, Certified Drugless Practitioner and Certified Reiki I & II practitioner just t name a few.
My personal life is occupied by 3 amazing girls. Together we travel, spend time outdoors, get our hands filled with all sorts of forms of art, our duties as the future of this country. In other words- we love to endeavor in new adventures.
I speak fluent Polish and all of my services are available in both English and Polish.
