Anu Mandapati

Anu has really helped me gain greater clarity and a much needed environment of calmness in my life. I have been in the same field for 15 years but it is only now through her coaching I have found more meaning, a bigger sense of accomplishment and fulfillment in my career. This has also leaked into other areas of my life and overall I just feel GOOD!

I have always wanted to be more of a risk-taker in my career but stayed "safe" and didn't venture outside my comfort zone. Anu really helped me conquer my fears, move methodically in a financially stable way and now I have a thriving private practice! It's amazing how we get in our own way and when we 'deal with ourself' -- well, all I can say is watch out world!

Anu has taught me how to LOVE my life and live it fully! I have always been struggling with having it all but I knew that I do want it all. Now I take care of my needs, along with my other responsibilities in a totally different way and I cannot even begin to tell you how much happier, at peace and energetic I am!

I was surprised at how comfortable I felt talking to Anu even though we had never met. I never felt judged, just 100% supported. My work gets overwhelming because I have a boss who avoids personnel issues and I am the one who has to deal directly with the consequences of that. Our office gets extremely busy during tax season and tensions and stress-filled people are everywhere. Anu helped me be very pro-active this year in improving communication with my supervisor and raising morale and maintaining motivation for all the staff. We planned it out step-by-step, even role-played challenging conversations that I later had with our CEO. Anu's prior management experience has really helped me to retain and motivate my staff with so much ease and I have to say that tax season this year was busy but smooth sailing!

I have always been a very focused, determined and hard-working individual. I knew exactly where I wanted to see myself in 3 years and 5 years when I first started at my company. I always am the first among my peers to get promoted but at this company was surrounded by fierce and exceptional competition. I began working with Anu and we came up with "My Promotion Plan!" I worked very hard and was promoted within 8 months to a position higher on the ladder than which I was aiming!

I knew what I was passionate about but didn't really know how to make money from it and definitely didn't see it as a full-time work situation. I started turning into a frustrated, overwhelmed and pessimistic person and knew I had to stop this right away. Anu helped me strengthen my commitment to myself, get out of of my own way and play BIG! It's so scary going out on your own, facing rejection and instability but I learned through coaching how to handle rejection, how to continue to persevere and how to believe in myself. With Anu's help not only do I have more confidence in myself and am back to being my positive self but I actually charge 3 times as much as what I used to charge for my services!! Anu is great with changing your mindset and marketing your products and services. I highly and energetically recommend her!

Due to the economy, I was laid off 3 years ago and I have 3-4 different jobs now at any given time to make ends meet. I knew I was a smart and a hard worker and really had a tough time dealing with my work situation. Working with Anu has changed how I see myself and my situation. Never did I think I would be in this position, but I am making the best of my situation now. I feel more positive, hopeful and have started making strategic alliances to get myself to where I want to be. I am not sure when I will get the job of my dreams, but I know I feel much happier now than I have in 3 years. Working with Anu is like having a weekly happy pill!

Anu really helped me to grow my confidence, assertiveness, leadership, and communication skills. This has really helped me to be a more effective manager for our direct service staff as well as a leader in our agency and community.

I went to Anu because I didn't know what I wanted to do career-wise. I knew I'd be good at a lot of things and I was definitely interested in a lot and still am. Coaching with Anu was a process of true self-discovery for me. I did assessments, exploratory homework and a lot of guided reflection.
