Arlene is a Certified Life Coach & Mentor with The Global Coaching Academy and has facilitated transformational classes and private sessions for many years. Arlene applies the principles of Personal Self Mastery in her daily life and shares her time-tested, proven self-empowerment tools with her clients.
Arlene married young and divorced when her son was three. He developed attention deficit hyperactivity disorder at the time of the divorce, and Arlene faced the challenge of meeting his needs. She recently wrote an e-book called ‘The Looking Glass of Love’ based upon her experiences, and created an interactive, on line environment to help others heal as she has healed. Arlene also created an iPhone and Android App called ‘Insight Now’ which complements the on line experience and provides daily messages to uplift and inspire you. Both are available at her website.
Arlene also brings her expert negotiation and management skills to her clients. As an attorney, Arlene has the highest A-V rating and received the prestigious President’s Cup from the Commercial Law League of America for lifetime service in 2009. She has extensive training and experience in negotiations, time management and creating harmony in the workplace. Arlene applies these skills to help clients effectively negotiate with friends, family and business associates, balance their work/family/social life and create harmony in their lives.
