About Me

Brian M. Jones, Owner / Consultant
For ten years, he has collaborated with leaders to (a) plan, start, and grow new community-centric enterprises; (b) identify and address specific business and organizational development challenges; and/or (c) produce business documents (e.g. grants, reports, marketing letters, program and service descriptions, presentations) for a variety of purposes including funding pursuits. In addition, Brian is an adjunct faculty member at Harcum College where he teaches leadership courses as part of the Leadership Development degree program offered in partnership with I-LEAD (I-LEAD.org).

Brian is led by a mission statement to impact communities and transform lives through the unconditional love of God; this statement guides his efforts. He earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Ministry Leadership from Geneva College / Center for Urban Theological Studies. Mr. Jones is also a Certified Human Behavior Consultant through Uniquely You, Inc. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences (Leadership and Organizational Change Specialization) through Walden University – with an emphasis on consulting and coaching models to develop leaders in neighborhoods-of-need.
